Schools like The Babcock Graduate School of Management invest intense effort in recruiting and producing high-quality MBAs for the marketplace. Once a student graduates, however, much less is strategically invested in their lifelong development.

What is needed is an initiative at Wake Forest University for engaging its alumni in significant ways during the balance of their lifetimes. A Life Stewardship Institute is presently being considered as one possible response to meet this need.

The Institute will offer new models of targeted learning and peer collaboration in the context of a first-ever, University directed life stewardship program.
