The Babcock Lifework Institute will offer benefits to all Babcock students and alumni through occasional open meetings and newsletter communications. Members will receive a defined set of benefits that revolve around "Quarterly Gatherings" that can include the Member's spouse and/or guest. All Members who participate for four years or more will become Fellows of the Institute.
The Institute members will likely match the following profile:

| People enthusiastic about experiencing new models of lifelong learning and collaboration with peers; and

| People committed to developing a sharpened awareness of their life stewardship strategies, and opportunities to capitalize on their unique abilities while helping others do the same.

Members will receive productivity tools, preferred access to University and library resources, access to the Institute's relationship management network, and a host of online and teleconferencing resources.
